I was going between a few other people who were interested in buying my home but decided to work with Joel because of the rapport he built. He always called me back and was a straight-shooter with me. The other companies I was working with took 2 or 3 days to call me back or rubbed me the wrong way right off the bat. I was happy with the process, thought the customer service was wonderful, and that I got a good price for the house.
