I spoke to a couple different folks and several people were telling me different things and saying things that if you’re not in real estate every day you really don’t understand. Joel came over and sat down and spoke with me and explained it all to me in a way I could understand and know what I was getting involved in. Then when things came up before closing y’all were able to work with us, stuck with us and didn’t give up until it was sold. I thought it was going to be tougher than it was and you guys made it no stress at all.
